Vill du vara med i en studiegrupp som fokuserar på vilka sorters livsmedel som skulle kunna produceras i Sege Park?

Som en del av projektet ”Ställ Om” planerar vi att starta en studiegrupp i Sege Park, där vi kan dela med oss av och lära oss olika metoder för livsmedelskonservering, såsom jäsning, inläggning och torkning.

Om du är intresserad av att delta i studiegruppen och vill dela med dig av dina idéer om vad du skulle vilja lära dig, är du välkommen till informationsmötet den 17 november kl. 19.00–20.00 i Navet.

Would you like to join a study group focusing on the types of food that could be produced in Sege Park?

As part of the "Ställ Om" project, we are planning to start a study group in Sege Park, where we can share and learn different food preservation techniques, such as fermentation, pickling and drying. The aim is to encourage more people in Sege Park to produce food locally, which they can then share, exchange or sell to their neighbours. This knowledge will support an ongoing plan to develop a Kvartersbutik (neighbourhood store) for Sege Park residents.
